Vision accomplished. Barbershop choir week two successful! Cancelled a few inconventient shows, but plans for first half of the year falling into shape, this is the calendar so far:

The show yesterday was the best thing I've done live in ages; I'm really noticing that the steps I've taken to make my voice more listenable are working. It was previously always hit & miss, but now I've isolated what really fucks up my singing voice & removed it from gig days.. which isn't easy, as one of those things is beer!

Next gig is this Sat 23rd Jan at The Miller in London Bridge. I'm going to sneak into the Chesham Recorder Ensemble tomorrow morning & see if I can head-hunt & recruit a couple of 'em. I'm also gonna try join, but they look pretty serious.. not sure I quite cut it.

Solo gig 25th Jan at George IV has been cancelled, and I may also cancel the Jeeps gig on 10th Feb as I wanna pop over to Berlin for that week & the details of the show frm the promoter are quite hazy anyway. We haven't even been told the venue yet!
